- Negotiation on the purchase and sale transaction terms and conditions.
- Due diligence on the ownership status of the properties to be transferred and encumbrance inspection for (burdens, mortgage pre-notes/mortgages, confiscations, third party claims, easements, liens)
- Resolution of any pending legal issues for the property to be fully transferable.
- Representing clients during the conveyance agreement (final contract) signing process.
